We assess your bio-mechanics with functional movement screening and specialise in loaded and unloaded functional movement exercises for a complete exercise experience.

If you are training for a specific event or a sport, small things matter.

We offer the latest in video gait and bio-mechanic analysis to assist your training and improve running and movement patterns. We will help you maximise very training session to ensure your success.

Our trainers are not only qualified triathlon coaches, Austswim® teachers and movement specialists, as athletes and competitors ourselves we understand what it takes to compete in gruelling events such as The Ironman, 100km Oxfam adventure race and 10km marathon ocean swims.
